UPS Next Day Air - Saturday Delivery is for items
ordered on Friday before 3pm Eastern. This service costs around $64 and is not
available to all areas of the country.
All orders are insured. All damaged or lost
orders must be reported immediately by calling 1-336-317-0333.
All orders that have been printed out or have a valid e-mail address
will include an order number. You may track your order the day after it
shipped by entering this number into the tracking tab on the homepage. Once
entered, hit update and then select the track button. Follow the instructions
from there.
Returns:
We offer a 30-day satisfaction period from the date of your order on all
windshield mounted products. No return will be allowed outside of the 30 day
satisfaction guarantee. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns . No
returns on Model RMR 8RDS, Blinder M27/47 models if the original
packaging has been opened. All warranty and repair work will be coordinated by
calling 336-317-0333. Never send your detector out unless instructed to and
are provided with a Return authorization Number.
